NaNoWriMo 2016, Day 3

I wrote 6,562 words yesterday. Now I’ve gotten my writing groove by pushing myself past the usual comfort zone that I’m constantly in. I’m still reeling from the amount of words that I’ve written in the last two days.

And that’s the best I’ve done so far since 2011 and 2015. Those years were not easy!

Anyway, I’m suffering from word count overflow, which is when you’ve hit your word count and yet you still want to keep going. I have to remind myself that there are OTHER things I could be doing besides sitting at the computer typing one huge project all day. I hate seeing my other projects suffer because of one big project.

Maybe I need a time limit with NaNoWriMo. If I can get at least 2 hours of nano done, then I can focus on everything else.

But that’s not a promise.
