I’m now on Chapter 2 of “Classical Movements and to be honest, I’m getting kind of tired of Melissa’s whining about being kidnapped/rescued by a social worker.
Besides, she’s on her way to California.
But when she discovers that she’s going to be living with the Cruz family, she’s less than impressed with her relatives. Iris and Emilio are pretending that the year is 1969; they dress in rainbow colors and they don’t wear any shoes. To make matters worse, their children Shyenne, Justine, Blakely, and Moses aren’t exactly the cool cousins that she was expecting, either.
Well, what a disappointment this turned out to be. I’ll be back with more tomorrow.
