Camp NaNoWriMo, Day 30

Well, it’s the penultimate day of Camp NaNoWriMo and I still am on chapter 10. And as always, there’s more drama that happens in that part of the story than in a soap opera. (Because that’s how I roll.)

In the middle of the story, the kids debate the logistics of eating cheeseburgers (and Irene has a big issue with greasy food that might not be fake) and Stuart slowly begins to realize that he has been all but brainwashed by a couple that doesn’t seem to care about his well-being.

They also plan to stage an intervention for Irene after she drives them nuts with her Disney obsession.

But all of that ends the minute that the vice principal catches them in the library. Will the kids get in trouble for real?

And yes, you’re welcome to buy my books Harry Moffer & the Dumbest Story Ever and The Summer of Our Discontent on Smashwords.com.
